About Me

Hey, I’m Jessica.

I’ve spent more than 10 years working inside the real estate industry—supporting agents, managing the work behind the scenes and seeing firsthand how marketing actually gets handled.

Or, in many cases, how it doesn’t.

Before real estate, I spent more than 20 years in the restaurant industry, much of that time bartending. It taught me how to read people, communicate clearly, think quickly and keep things moving without making them more complicated than they need to be.

That is exactly how I approach marketing.

Most real estate professionals do not need another list of ideas. They need someone who can help identify what matters, create a clear plan and follow through on the work.

That is where Founder & Frame comes in.

I help agents bring structure and intention to their marketing—from listing visibility and content planning to video, copywriting, platform support and the day-to-day execution that keeps everything moving.

Sometimes that means helping launch and sustain the visibility of a listing. Sometimes it means strengthening an agent’s brand, organizing their marketing or finally completing the projects that have been sitting on the list for too long.
